1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and telur33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the telur33 online gaming platform accessible at telur33.cam, including all associated mobile applications, services, products, tools, and features (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet via telur33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the telur33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by telur33 to a Player's Account.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player's designated payment method to their telur33 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain Account functions are enabled, including withdrawals.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which telur33 operates.
• "Platform" means the telur33 website at telur33.cam and all associated services, features, and applications.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to their designated payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with telur33, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. telur33 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gaming and to comply with all applicable local laws.
• You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by telur33 or by any external responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of telur33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

telur33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with telur33. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonuses.

During account registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Valid email address
• Valid Malaysian mobile telephone number
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of the above details change. telur33 will not be responsible for losses or inconvenience resulting from outdated Account information.

Prior to processing any Withdrawal, telur33 requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad)
• Valid Malaysian Passport
• Other government-issued photographic identification as accepted by telur33

Proof of payment method ownership may also be required at telur33's discretion. Where a Player uses Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, FPX, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Connect, account ownership verification may be requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. telur33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

telur33 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods:

telur33 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed prior to any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until requirements are met.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and Account tier.
• telur33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per transaction.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on telur33 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds at the time of bet placement and the settled odds, telur33's records shall be determinative. telur33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by manifest errors, system malfunctions, or data feed corruption.

Mix Parlay bets are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selected leg. If one leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds. A minimum of two valid legs must remain for a Mix Parlay to stand.

All casino games, including slots, live Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical dealing mechanisms as applicable. Results are final once confirmed by the game system. telur33 makes no representations as to expected outcomes, and historical results do not predict future outcomes.

Once a bet or wager is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details carefully before confirmation. telur33 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

telur33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Standard Sports Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Standard Casino/Slots Bonus: 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of bonus credit, unless otherwise specified.
• Unfulfilled bonus balances that expire at the 30-day deadline will be removed from the Account without prior notice.
• telur33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where fraud, misuse, or technical error is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with each other unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

8 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on total losses within a defined period.

• Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's Account.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploitation of bugs, errors, loopholes, or glitches in the Platform, whether intentional or discovered inadvertently.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic bonus hunting, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated account farming.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the Platform in connection with criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by underage individuals.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy server.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the telur33 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, images, audio-visual elements, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of telur33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of telur33's intellectual property — including scraping odds data, reproducing brand materials, or reverse-engineering Platform software — is a breach of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, telur33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions, including during high-traffic events such as EPL matchdays or UFC pay-per-view events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.
• Actions of third-party payment processors including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, telur33's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

telur33 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via our support team. Any funds remaining in your Account Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable security checks.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the telur33 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

For disputes relating to individual bets or game outcomes, telur33's internal dispute resolution process shall be the first point of recourse. Decisions issued by telur33 following an internal review are final, except where overridden by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.
